The mission of the Knowledge Transfer Centre (CTC) is to transfer the added value of the knowledge generated by the academic and research units of the Autonomous University of Lisbon, the Postgraduate School - Autonomous Academy and the St Francis of Mercy Nursing School, in close liaison with scientific service transfer units, other centres, associations and consultancy companies, through the development of:

• Sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship and digital transformation projects
• Intervention in the social economy
• Exploitation of intellectual property
• Support for the creation of spin-offs and mechanisms to stimulate company development
• Collaboration in development projects with national and international organisations and networks
