Excellence in healthcare training since 1950

It was born on March 19, 1950 and was previously owned by the Union of Portuguese Misericórdias.

In 2020 it was integrated into the GRUPO AUTÓNOMA.

It is a Polytechnic Higher Education establishment, teaching Undergraduate Nursing, Postgraduate and Postgraduate courses.

He has around 500 students on all the courses he teaches.
